Ultra NateUltra Nate first appeared in 1989 with the international club hit "It's over now", produced by the Basement Boys and after much perseverance and hard work during the 90s her talents shone through in 1998 with her big break "Free". Selling over one million copies and topping the national charts across Europe and the United States "Free" was THE anthem for the summer '98. With the global success "Free" had it wasn't long before Ultra Nate was sharing the stage with acts such as Tori Amos, Busta Rhymes and the Backstreet Boys. Her album "Situation: Critical" (Strictly Rhythm, 1998) followed, spawning a number of hits including "New kind of medicine", "Found a cure" and "Divine love". At the end of '98 Ultra Nate collaborated with the Berman Brothers on "If you can read my mind" from the film "Studio 54" (Ryan Phillipe, Salma Hayek, Mike Myers & Neve Campbell) in which she also appeared. In 2001 Ultra Nate released her second album for Strictly Rhythm, "Stranger than fiction", which featured collaborations with Lenny Kravitz, D-Influence and Mood II Swing.
